The round stone rotunda was partially reconstructed and covered with a traditional shingle roof. The reconstruction took place at the same time as shaft no. 17 (Sylwester). Currently, it serves as the main tourist entrance to the Black Trout Adit – a part of the Frederick Deep Adit.
